Embrace your True Self
Therapy that helps you understand yourself- not fix yourself
You may know you’re capable and still feel like everyday life takes more effort than it seems to take everyone else.
Maybe you’re overwhelmed, burned out, masking constantly, second-guessing yourself, struggling in relationships, or wondering why the systems that seem to work for other people never quite work for you. You may have ADHD or another form of neurodivergence, be newly diagnosed, or simply be starting to wonder whether there is a reason life has always felt harder than it “should.”
I provide online therapy for adults in Arizona, with a particular focus on women with ADHD and neurodivergence.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in self-understanding. Therapy is not about forcing yourself to become more organized, productive, agreeable, or “normal.” It is about understanding how your brain works, recognizing the patterns that have developed around shame and expectations, and finding strategies that actually fit your life.
We might work on things like:
ADHD and executive functioning
Overwhelm and burnout
Masking and people-pleasing
Shame and self-criticism
Anxiety and emotional regulation
Relationships and boundaries
Identity and self-understanding
Trauma and family-of-origin patterns
Life transitions
Religious trauma or changing beliefs
You do not need to arrive in therapy already knowing exactly what is wrong or what you want to change. Part of the work can be figuring that out together.
A different way of approaching change
Many people come to therapy because they are tired of feeling like they need to fix themselves.
Often, the more useful question is not, “How do I make myself function like everyone else?” but, “What do I actually need, and what would make my life work better for me?”
My goal is to help you understand yourself with more clarity and less shame, develop tools that are genuinely useful, and build a life that works for who you actually are—not become better at pretending to be someone else.
